Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
These terms apply when you use venue-space.com or the Venue Space service, which is made by φ (Phi) and operated by The Phi Standard, LLC (“we” or “us”). By using the site or the service, you agree to them.
What the service does
Venue Space gives a wedding venue a branded website, a live availability calendar with date holds, a command center for bookings and leads, a private planning portal with an AI planner for each booked couple, and guest pages for RSVPs and photos. We may improve or change features over time.
Getting started and fees
Each venue is set up individually. Pricing, setup, billing and the length of your subscription are set out in the proposal or order you accept. If that document and these terms conflict, the proposal or order controls.
Your account and your staff
You are responsible for the staff you give access to and for what happens under their logins. Keep sign-in details secure, and tell us at hello@venue-space.com if you think someone else has access.
Your content and your data
You own the photos, words, packages and policies you give us, and your venue’s records of its couples, leads and guests. You grant us permission to use that material only as needed to run the service for you, including with the vendors listed in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos and content you provide.
Bookings are between you and your couples
A date request or hold is a request, not a booking. Your venue decides whether to confirm it. Contracts, deposits, payments and policies are between your venue and your couples, and we are not a party to those agreements.
The AI planner
The planner answers couples using the policies your venue publishes, and sends topics you choose to your team. Answers are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for keeping your published policies accurate and current, and for answering the questions the planner passes to you.
Contacting couples and guests
Guests choose how they would like to hear from your venue. You agree to respect those choices and to follow the laws that apply to email and text messages when you contact anyone whose details you receive through Venue Space.
Acceptable use
Do not use Venue Space to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing or hateful.
- Represent a venue or business you are not authorized to represent.
- Infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.
- Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement with us.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service under the terms of your order. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or puts the service, other venues, or couples and guests at risk.
Disclaimer and limits
The site and service are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost bookings.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and let the venues we work with know by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
