Venue Space

How it works

From a 15-minute call to a venue that runs from one place

You do not need to learn software to get started. Your venue is set up for you, you review everything, and then you run it from one place.

  1. 01

A short conversation about your venue

We start with a 15-minute call. How many weddings you host, how couples find you today, what you use to run things, and where the hours go. If Venue Space is not a fit, you will hear that on the call.

  2. 02

Your venue, set up for you

We set up each venue with you. Your photos, your story and your packages go into your website. Your pricing and seasons go into the instant estimate. Your policies go into the planner, along with the topics you always want to answer yourself. Then your domain gets connected.

  3. 03

You review it before anyone else sees it

You walk through your site, your calendar, a test booking and the couples portal before it goes live. Anything that does not sound like you gets changed.

  4. 04

Go live and run it from the command center

Couples start finding open dates and requesting them. You confirm or decline from the command center, couples get their planning portals, and every wedding gets a guest page. You keep running your venue the way you do now, with fewer emails and fewer repeat questions.

Who does what

Setup is a done-for-you job. Your part is the knowledge only you have about your venue.

You bring

  • Photos of your venue
  • Your packages, pricing and seasons
  • Your policies and the answers you give couples most often
  • Access to your domain, or help choosing one

We handle

  • Building and branding your website
  • Setting up your calendar, holds and booking emails
  • Loading your policies into the planner
  • Setting up your command center and staff logins

What changes day to day

Inquiries arrive with a date already chosen and a budget already known. Instead of trading emails to find a Saturday that works, you open a request, see the hold timer, and confirm it.

Booked couples ask the planner first. The questions you have answered a hundred times get answered from your own policy, and the ones that need you land in one review queue instead of your text messages.

On the wedding weekend, guests RSVP and share photos on a page that carries your venue’s name, and they leave as contacts with permission on record.

Let’s connect your venue.

Tell us about your venue. We’ll help you explore what fits and send pricing built around how you run it.
